About Alexandro
Alexandro was born in Tijuana, Mexico but spent most of his life in Indio, CA, growing up in the sweltering Southern California heat.
After graduating from Coachella Valley High School, Alexandro enrolled at College of the Desert and eventually transferred to the University of California, San Diego. His journey to "America's Finest City" led him into sports blogging and eventually into founding The AOSN, a sports blog that amassed over 1.2 million hits.
Between finishing his Bachelor's in History and running a blog, Alexandro became a credentialed soccer writer and began his other work in athletics as a Sports Clubs Supervisor with the UCSD Recreation Department. Upon completion of his degree, Alexandro returned home, took a job in sales, hated it, and made his way back to College of the Desert to figure himself out.
There he got involved with KCOD, the college's student-run radio station. Taking on the role of student sports director. This led to Alexandro eventually becoming the college's Media Lab Technician. During this time he began working on is M.B.A. with an emphasis in Sports Business from Grand Canyon University's Colangelo College of Business. Shortly after completing his degree, he began teaching Radio Production at COD.
Alexandro also took on internships with the California Winter League and Palm Springs POWER, as well as made his way into radio with Team 1010 KXPS & 1200 Money Radio. After a year at Team 1010, he joined Alpha Media USA and became the producer/board-op of The Bill Feingold Show, the Palm Springs market's #1 talk show.
In April 2021, Alexandro and his wife moved to Los Angeles, where his first job was with ESPN LA. After a stint as a board operator at one of his dream companies, he took a leap of faith and found himself working as an Associate Producer for a project with Jesse Collins Entertainment and Facebook.
Alexandro now works in post production as an audio coordinator.
